In August, the poesia group launches a brand new webshop for building and cooling seals, which completely replaces the previous mk webshop and has been implemented in line with changing customer requirements.

The previous shop (https://shop.mk-dichtungen.ch) was fundamentally revised in terms of content, technology and graphics and reprogrammed from start to finish. The implementation was carried out according to the specific requirements of the poesia group, whereby the company worked together with the same supplier who had already developed another web shop for the innovative group of companies.

The inflatable gaskets (ABD) are a speciality of the poesia group. They are used for large sealing gaps, are easy to install and have many other advantages.

The poesia group has long since made a name for itself for efficient, reliable and environmentally friendly seals. Seals that are used in a wide variety of industries. With the acquisition of Herzog a few years ago, another important area has been added: inflatable seals.

The year 2024 has begun with some interesting news for anyone looking for high-quality seals: The poesia group has published its long-awaited new product catalogue! The brand new edition replaces the old version from 2021 and presents a wealth of new products.

The catalogue is published in three languages and lists an impressive selection of over 2,500 seal variations that are ideally suited as replacements for defective seals. The most popular products are window and shower seals as well as frames, all of which are of the highest quality and are known for their durability and effectiveness.

The buzzword in many companies where manual or technical skills are required is "skills shortage". One of the ways to counteract this problem is to train apprentices. The poesia group is currently training two young people in technical professions and three in the commercial sector.

The poesia-group will take part in the Swiss trade fair for industrial maintenance, "maintenance Schweiz", again this year. It will take place from 25 to 26 October 2023 in Zurich.

This trade fair is the unique hotspot for maintenance professionals. It offers visitors the opportunity to learn about plant maintenance, spare parts, smart maintenance and occupational safety. Exhibitors also showcase the latest technical solutions, products, trends and technologies for professional maintenance.

For years, the poesia group has been investing a lot of know-how, money and time in order to produce ecologically. With seals made of bio-based thermoplastic, the innovative company is now going one step further.

Already at the beginning of the year, the poesia group presented seals at a trade fair, which it produces as a novelty in Unterkulm from bio-based thermoplastic (TPE). The visitors were extremely curious, because sustainability and ecology are also in demand in the construction industry.

The poesia group offers young people the perfect start to their careers. The company is currently training four apprentices in commercial professions and two apprentices in technical professions.

In 2023, the poesia group celebrates a number of milestones. This is a reason to look back on the company's history and highly successful 25 years.
Today, the poesia group employs more than 70 people, including four apprentices. It operates at its main location in Unterkulm as well as at its external locations in Hochdorf and Urdorf. The group manufactures and sells plastic gaskets for applications in the construction, engineering, transport and food industries.
